    • Friday, September 6 – Election Notice (with image and link to final ballot) sent to members. Voting begins.

    • Saturday, Sept. 7 Plant Walk (meet at 9:45 a.m.) for members and “plus ones,” Patriot’s Landing, Quinton, VA.
    • Monday, September 16 (Zoom, 7:00 p.m.)Annual Chapter Member Meeting and Election, followed by a presentation on “Using the Flora of Virginia App”.

    • Thursday, September 19 (eve.), Friday, September 20 (9-3), and Saturday, September 21, (9–3) – Wild Ones Greater Richmond will table at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens Fall Plant Sale–Chapter members are invited to help us talk native plants with members of the public!
    • Monday, Oct. 7 (evening, details pending) –  In-person public presentation of protocols for Winter Sowing Native Plants, presented by Chris Migliaccio.
    • Saturday, October 19 (9 a.m-1 p.m.) – Wild Ones Greater Richmond will table at Keep Henrico Beautiful’s Plant NATIVE! Festival at Dorey Park. Come enjoy the festival and stop by or help with tabling.
    • Monday, October 21 (7-8 p.m., on Zoom) – Post-Election Chapter Board Meeting and orientation of new board members.
    • Thursday, October 24 (Free National Webinar on Zoom, 7:00 p.m., Eastern) –“Matrix Landscape Design,” with Benjamin Vogt. Register from this page: https://wildones.org/matrix-landscape-design-with-benjamin-vogt/ .
    • Saturday, November 2 – Seed Collection and Garden Tour (10:00 a.m.-noon) – For chapter members and “plus ones,” in northwestern Powhatan county. Guests are encouraged to bring seeds, seedlings, and/or planting pots to share. Light refreshments will be served after the morning tour. Please RSVP to the chapter email to help the host plan.
    • Sunday, November 3  –  Wild Ones Greater Richmond will table at a neighborhood festival in Bon Air.
    • Friday, November 15 – Application deadline for Lorrie Otto Seeds for Education Grant applications (see https://wildones.org/seeds-for-education/)
