Events

This is our chapter's annual member meeting. 

All active members of Wild Ones Greater Richmond Virginia Chapter are encouraged to attend the annual meeting.  During the meeting we will announce the results of the 2026 election. Chapter officers also will present brief reports about chapter activities and accomplishments in 2026 and talk about plans for the future. 

We'll enjoy viewing a video from national Wild Ones on "Ecological Landscaping 101' featuring renowned American landscape designer and restoration ecologist Larry Weaner.

After the video there will be time for conversation and interaction with fellow chapter members, and for a bit of fun we'll try our hand at “crowd sourcing” responses to an online quiz about Virginia native plants from the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center! 

The Zoom link and/or a calendar invitation will be sent to all active chapter members ahead of the meeting.
